Venue
The Sessions and the Flap course will be held in the new tower built at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Colombo. This is a facility with the latest standards available in Sri Lanka and boasts multiple auditoriums and rooms equipped for teaching and learning activities.

Dr. Kolitha Karunadasa is a consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at North Colombo Teaching Hospital Ragama. Dr. Kolitha Karunadasa is a renowned consultant plastic surgeon based in Sri Lanka. He is widely recognized for his expertise in hand surgery and the reconstruction of the lower limb following traumatic injuries. Dr. Karunadasa is particularly interested in performing perineal reconstructions using flaps, especially after cancer resections. His skills extend to complex procedures such as parotidectomy and facial nerve reanimation. Beyond his work in the public sector, Dr. Karunadasa is also active in the private sector and maintains a practice in aesthetic surgery in Colombo. He is interested in training medical students attached to the Faculty of Medicine, University of Kalaniya, and in training plastic surgery senior trainees.
